Functions

Recruitment

• Prepare vacancy announcements for recruitment of national staff and circulate through relevant channels;
• Screen resumes;
• Send written tests;
• Make short/long lists;
• Set up interview panel;
• Communicate necessary information to candidates;
• Conduct interviews;
• Track staffing information;
• Make offers;
• Send the refusal messages;
• Attend job fairs and hiring events;
• Check references of the candidates; 
• Check the market prices and make survey on a quarter basis;

Administration

• Ensure that ToR and other recruitment  files at the country and areas level are up to date, contain all relevant information;
• Check the current salary level on the market and report to Sr HR Manager on a monthly level;
• Update organization chart on a monthly basis;
• Conduct organization onboarding process;

Experience and skills

• Higher education;
• 2-year relevant experience;
• Good command of English;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills ;
• Good command of Microsoft Office ;
• Excellent document handling skills;
• Mentoring, planning and self-organization;
• Good communication skills with internal and external partners;
