Requirements
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who has:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Specialist in an IT industry or SaaS company;
- B2B Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, including target audience segmentation, messaging, and customer pain points;
- Website Optimization: Hands-on experience in developing and implementing website strategies to drive conversions and improve UX;
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Proven experience planning and executing lead generation campaigns using various digital channels;
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and key website components;
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Hotjar, Clarity) to monitor performance and inform decision-making;
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to draw actionable insights from data to guide marketing decisions and prioritize efforts;
- English: Upper-Intermediate level required;
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and SaaS marketing strategies.
As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Website Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve website performance, focusing on enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates. This includes working with blogs, landing pages, service pages, lead capture forms, CTAs, and conversion tracking mechanisms;
- Content Auditing and Updates: Regularly audit and update content to ensure the website accurately reflects our expertise, is aligned with market trends, and addresses the needs of the target audience;
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor website performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts;
- Collaborate with Product Team: Work closely with the product team to ensure marketing strategies align with product goals and updates;
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor full-cycle digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing lead generation;
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify opportunities for growth and areas for optimization in existing marketing processes;
- Marketing Materials: Manage the creation of marketing collateral, such as presentations, brochures, and case studies, to support the sales team.
