Trainee recruiter / English Teacher

We are looking for a Trainee recruiter / English Teacher,  to join our team full-time in Lviv.

Requirements:
- Proficient in English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students;
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success;
- Good time management skills;
- Having an eye for detail and high work-quality standards;
- Open, easy-going personality.

Responsibilities:
 -Conducting English language classes with our employees;
- Adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students, including grammar instruction for those who require it;
- Checking the English of candidates;
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies;
- Support the recruitment team in screening resumes, preliminary communication with candidates;
- Understanding of basic technical requirements forvarious IT roles;
