The Senior .NET/C# Engineer role is integral to develop and maintain applications that align with our strategic vision. A key focus of this role will be leveraging your extensive commercial experience with OnBase to create new features and extending the functionality of our application. This experience is critical for streamlining our document management systems and optimizing workflow efficiency.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for:

Extending the functionality of our existing OnBase applications, creating new features to enhance user experience and meet evolving business needs;

Collaborating closely with our architect to implement design decisions and ensure architectural integrity, defining the concept and design of software components to create and enhance present and future applications;

Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a diverse and multicultural environment to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement;

Working with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical project or product design.

Education, Skills And Experience

MUST HAVE:

Have in-depth knowledge of the .NET technology stack in C#;

Have commercial experience with OnBase development and/or workflows;

Be a graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field, or demonstrate equivalent professional work experience;

Show knowledge of concepts and methods related to analysis, design, and implementation in an object-oriented environment, specifically SOLID, Design Patterns;

Demonstrate practical experience in Agile development in a SCRUM environment;

Show the ability to be a self-starter and a good team player;

Upper-Intermediate English (oral and written) with excellent all-around communication skills.

Would Be a Plus

OnBase certification (not required but is a plus).
