Project Buying support specialist

KOSTAL Ukraine is stable growing company with more than 15 years history on Ukrainian market. Today KOSTAL Ukraine is a direct supplier of automotive components for different famous manufactures like a Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Skoda, Seat, Ford, Tesla, Daimler, BMW, Renault and others.

For further development we are looking experienced candidates to fill the position of Project Buying support specialist.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Master data management (material master data maintenance, output maintenance).
• Purchase Order/Info record/Scheduled Agreement creation and maintenance .
• Prototype POs, Samples POs, Pre-Serial POs.
• Sales Order creation/Cock pit processing.
• Price/Payment terms maintenance.
• Tool ordering / tool change ordering; incl. TAD maintenance).
• Fast PCB, etc.
• SAP/BW reporting (Supplier List extended, Price deviation. Etc.).
• Supplier Relationship Management.
• Other activities related to Purchasing Operations Support Team scope.

Candidate requirements:

• 2+ years related experience in operational / transactional purchasing. Multinational environment and Automotive Sector preferred. Multinational environment and Automotive Sector preferred;
• Higher education;
• Upper Intermediate level of English or higher (written and spoken), German is advantage;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and experience in working with different ІТ/CRM systems;
• Experience with SAP (SAP BW and CDB preferably);
• Result-oriented, responsible and attentive to details;
• Team-player;
• Open for new knowledge, quick-learner;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
