You will:

• Analyze and evaluate public sector programs and policies in different sectors and areas.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support evidence-based recommendations and decision-making.
• Participate in designing strategic plans, policy documents, and operational frameworks that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory bodies, and partner organizations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and the cultivation of new client relationships.

Requirements:

• Higher degree in Economics, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Management, or a related field is highly preferable.
• At least 1+ year of working experience (will be a plus, if this experience is in public sector / NGOs or advisory firms).
• Understanding of how Ukrainian public sector operates.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage effectively with all levels of leadership and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
• Fluent in Ukrainian, at least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
