Within the Swiss-Ukrainian E-Governance for Accountability and Participation Program (EGAP), East Europe Foundation announces a vacancy for the position of Marketing Designer.

Duties

  • preparation of templates and presentations;
  • development of creatives for social networks;
  • content publication in the media;
  • preparation of materials for printing;
  • provide materials for the internal content library (covers, announcements in social networks);
  • close teamwork with the implementation and the communication team.

Required Skills, Experience, And Knowledge

  • work experience in an advertising agency, marketing department for at least one year and in design in general from 2 years;
  • ability to negotiate and process feedback from a large number of stakeholders;
  • experience in preparing templates for presentation;
  • ability to prepare creatives for social networks;
  • the skill of pre-press preparation;
  • confident command of Figma, Illustrator and tools for creating presentations;
  • understanding the rules of composition, typography, color;
  • ability to work with existing guidelines and design system in Figma;
  • basic understanding of the product component of applications, web applications (it will be necessary to onboard the product and constantly use the screens from the application during operation);
  • a sufficient level of pitching of own ideas;
  • the ability to work within the framework of uncertainty and to form a sufficient technical tasks with the stakeholder.
