The Area Sales Specialist is responsible for physically visiting the best restaurants in the city to sign them up for Bolt Food. The role will meet and exceed assigned sales targets and build relationships with existing and potential restaurants within a specific assigned territory. The role will focus on a specific small set of leads, to acquire restaurants that our users are specifically seeking. This is the ideal role for an junior salesperson with limited experience as full-training is provided for the sales cycle, from generating interest through to closing the deal. Your efforts in managing leads, facilitating seamless partner onboarding, and driving sales initiatives will be critical in driving the growth of Bolt Food.

About The Role

The Area Sales Specialist is responsible for physically visiting the best restaurants in the city to sign them up for Bolt Food.

The role will meet and exceed assigned sales targets and build relationships with existing and potential restaurants within a specific assigned territory. The role will focus on a specific small set of leads, to acquire restaurants that our users are specifically seeking.

This is the ideal role for an junior salesperson with limited experience as full-training is provided for the sales cycle, from generating interest through to closing the deal. Your efforts in managing leads, facilitating seamless partner onboarding, and driving sales initiatives will be critical in driving the growth of Bolt Food.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales funnel, including processing leads, prospecting, cold calling, planning meetings, and closing deals.
  • Being the first contact for new partners, guiding them through onboarding, resolving any operational and administrative issues, and ensuring effective management of current accounts to achieve maximum business results.
  • Collaborating with the Operations team to ensure smooth partner activations and with the Account Management team to assist restaurants in their growth on our platform.
  • Tracking all sales activities, including emails, calls, and next steps, in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) tool to generate a comprehensive history.
  • Achieving growth targets by increasing sales and maintaining excellent relationships with our partners.


About you:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in Sales or a related field, ideally in the food delivery industry.
  • You can effectively communicate in English and Ukrainian, possess strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • You demonstrate an analytical mindset and an advanced understanding of leveraging a set of tools to manage data and, ideally, experience working with a CRM.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily overcoming obstacles and adapting quickly to change.
  • Your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in seeking solutions to problems and a strong sense of ownership.
