Homeland Transport is an American logistics company that has been on the market since 2012. Our business is freight transportation in the USA and Canada. We strive to provide the best service to all our clients.

We are currently looking for a specialist with experience in recruitment to join our team.

Experience in American logistics is not critical for this position, but it will be a big plus! We expect the candidate for this position to:

• Has experience working as a Recruiter and knows how to find anyone, anywhere, for the right vacancies, if necessary!
• Works well and easily with large amounts of information
• Has developed communication skills
• Location — Kyiv, ready to work from the office full-time
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Has experience in personnel administration

Currently it is necessary:

• Closing vacancies of various levels, taking into account deadlines
• Variety of candidate search methods (Working with job sites, social networks and specialized forums to search for candidates, as well as other methods,   including offline , that lead to good results in closing vacancies)
• Non-standard approach to solving problems, creativity
• Development and support of corporate culture
• Conducting onboarding and motivating staff
• Implementation of HR processes in accordance with the company's business strategy
• In the future, the development and selection of employee development programs
