Role Overview:
As a Support Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients by providing proactive support, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships through regular phone interactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, technical, product) to ensure a seamless experience for the client and escalate issues when necessary.
Knowledge of Arabic and Polish will be a plus.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in Sale or Support department will be a plus.
