Our client - a leading agency in international real estate is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join the team!
Goal: Imagine closing $300,000 in deals by your third month, working with high-ticket international properties that start at $100,000 per transaction. You'll be backed by a steady stream of qualified leads, a proven CRM system, and a collaborative team eager to support your success.
Requirements:
The Agency offers the tools and opportunities to succeed, but we need someone with:
Expert sales skills: Proficiency in techniques like SPIN, AIDA, and objection handling (“Too expensive,” “I’ll think about it,” etc.).
Industry knowledge: Understanding international real estate and client investment goals.
Experience: At least 2 years in residential real estate sales.
Multilingual abilities: Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English (Polish is a bonus).
Plus, you'll need strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
