Junior HR People Partner

Responsibilities

• Work with key HR processes (adaptation, 1:1, Performance Review, 360 assessment, training and development, retention, processing requests for business trips and teambuilding, etc.);
• Participation in HR projects (adaptation systems, corporate culture development, development of CSR programs);
• Implementing principles, practices and functions of effective management into work processes when interacting with teams;
• Work with analytics and reporting.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 6+ months of work experience in a similar position;
• Intermediate level of English or higher;
• Empathy, structure, and complex case management skills;
• Initiative, multitasking, flexibility;
• Knowledge of basic HR processes and a desire to develop.

• Education in psychology or additional courses in the field of HR).
