We are currently looking for a Recruiter fluent in one of the following languages: Romanian, Hungarian, Czech, or Slovak, to join the team of our client, a leader in the international logistics industry.

Who Are We Looking For?

Our ideal candidate has:

• Fluency in one of the following languages: Romanian, Hungarian, Czech, or Slovak.
• At least one year of experience in client communication.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities. Time management, multitasking, and prioritization are essential.
• A desire to grow professionally. We value your motivation and ambition to succeed in recruitment.

What Will You Do?

• Search for and select candidates for international logistics companies.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates.
• Verify employment documents.
• Support new hires during onboarding and adaptation stages.
• Maintain a candidate database and build a talent pipeline.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.
