Job Summary

In this critical role, you will streamline and optimize key business processes, ensure efficient workflow, and maximize team productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and drive continuous process optimization.

Your regular tasks

  • Process Mapping and Optimization:
    • Analyse existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
    • Document and map current processes using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN, flowcharting)
    • Develop and implement process improvement plans, including the design and implementation of new workflows and procedures
  • Task & Access Management and Workflow:
    • Develop and implement efficient task management systems and workflows across teams
    • Utilise project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely completion of tasks
    • Onboard new employees by providing them with necessary access to relevant systems and tools, and guiding them through established processes
  • Documentation and Training:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials
    • Conduct training sessions for team members on new processes and procedures.
    • Document storage and version control management in line with established governance protocols
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
    • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management on project progress and any identified issues.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Continuously evaluate and refine existing processes to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and explore potential solutions
Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as Process Manager/ Business Analyst/ Operations Manager/ Project Manager or other roles with similar responsibilities
  • Fluency in English, Ukrainian, or Russian is a must
  • Familiarity with Google Spreadsheet, Issues Trackers, Process Design Tools, Planning Frameworks
  • Previous experience in implementing & adjusting corporate software such as Jira, Zendesk, or similar CRM systems
  • Outstanding ability to structure and manage work efficiently, coupled with a passion for systematization, optimization, and process automation.

Would be a plus

  • Knowledge of risk management and compliance in financial operations
  • Familiarity with Sumsub, SEON, ComplyAdvantage
