ERP Support Analyst (Oracle)

We’re looking for a ERP Support Analyst (Techno-Functional) with strong Oracle EBS R12 expertiseto join the Wireless ERP Team at Freedom Mobile. This key role offers excellent growth opportunities.

Requirements:
-2+ full life cycle Oracle EBS implementations (experience with R12.2.x required).
- Oracle APEX & Oracle DB 19c.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with Oracle EBS On
-Premises, including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, i
-Procurement, Financials, Planning, ASCP, GOP.
- Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle EBS business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Internal Order Cycle).
- Proficiency in Oracle Tools (Toad, SQL, Report Builder, SOAP UI).
- Experience with Oracle EBS integrations, including Interfaces, SOA Gateway,
 REST Services, ORDS, and Application Object Library (System Administration).
- Ability to lead discussions on ERP functionality and drive continuous improvement.
- Telecom industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with GIT repositories.

Responsibilities:
- Develop & customize reports (RDF, XML) and Oracle EBS interfaces.
- Write SQL / PL SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Support month-end closing processes in Oracle Financials.
- Manage & resolve user support requests, ensuring timely troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution.
- Design, build, and troubleshoot Oracle EBS integrations, interfaces, and workflows.
- Support Oracle Financials & Supply Chain modules, analyzing business requirements and their impact.
- Assist users during acceptance testing & provide post-implementation support.
- Ensure system stability & performance by monitoring recurring issues.
