Middle/Senior Web Designer (contract based cooperation)

This opportunity is project-based and can be either a full-time or part-time engagement. The duration of projects may vary, ranging from short-term to long-term commitments. Please note that compensation will be determined based on the hours worked as this is a contract-based collaboration. It's important to mention that the social package, including benefits like sick leave, days off, vacations, accounting and necessary equipment provision, are not covered by Selecto.

Key Responsibilities

• Design of modern responsive websites
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive high-fidelity mockups
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Work closely with front-end developers to implement and refine designs.
• Be able to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3.5+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience working with front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, and color.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt.
