Key Responsibilities

As a Division Coordinator, you will be responsible for the organizational and administrative activities of the division and report to the Marketing Director, working closely with the Division Director and other members of the management team.

• Cross-functional coordination of various projects within the department
• Administrative and organizational support of the department
• Ensuring document flow in accordance with internal procedures
• Organization and documentary support of business trips
• Organization of team building and other internal events
• Managing the process of regular internal orders of products, organizing delivery
• Maintaining the budget of administrative expenses of the unit
• Collaboration with marketing, commercial, business development, CMI, financial and logistics teams
  
  

Your Background

• Previous experience in administrative positions will be an advantage
• Have implemented events or social projects in your portfolio
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• Easy to establish relationships in a team, able to argue and present your ideas
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.)
