We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to lead our marketplace initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and growing the marketplace by optimizing supply and demand, enhancing product features, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, sales, and marketing to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Growth Strategy: Define and execute the marketplace product roadmap, focusing on achieving growth across key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Supply and Demand Optimization: Develop strategies to balance and grow both supply-side (vendors, partners, inventory) and demand-side (customers, engagement, transactions) metrics.
• Revenue Responsibility: Own the revenue targets for the marketplace. Identify opportunities to monetize the product effectively while improving the user experience.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and user research to drive product decisions. Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver impactful product features that align with business goals.
• Market Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor products, and industry best practices to ensure our marketplace remains competitive and innovative.
  
  

Skills You’ll Need To Bring

• Proven experience of working with marketplace product
• Proven experience of working with international markets
• Proven track record of driving product growth and achieving business outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in balancing supply and demand dynamics in a marketplace.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with revenue models and monetization strategies for digital products.
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of UX: advocate for a seamless user experience in collaboration with design team
• A/B experimentation: you’re aware that valuable information comes from both positive and negative results through experimentation
• Familiarity with product management frameworks
• Ability to embrace changes and adapt quickly to them
