Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM and Service Portal development and customization. Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the Service Portal meets user experience standards while integrating seamlessly with other modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of Service Portal solutions, including widgets, pages, and UI customisation
• ITSM implementation according to ITIL principles and standards
• Implement complex solutions using JavaScript, AngularJS, Glide APIs, and other ServiceNow scripting capabilities
• Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Widgets for optimal user experience
• Mentor a team of developers, promoting best practices and coding standards
• Ensure platform performance and security compliance by managing configurations and ACLs
• Stay updated on new ServiceNow releases, particularly with Service Portal enhancements
  
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on Service Portal and front-end customisation
• Experienced with ITSM and other modules
• Expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5/CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience with Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and platform integrations
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ServiceNow architecture
• ServiceNow certifications preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills
