Key responsibilities:

• Market analysis and implementation of the best procurement practices;
• Develop strategies for respective categories in services;
• Lead Sourcing for respective RPO Categories and its implementation;
• Understand and follow company policies and procedures;

• Strong cross-functional collaboration to drive compliant cost-effective category management for respective categories;

• Monitor contract performance and take appropriate corrective actions where needed;

• Challenge existing ways of working in order to improve procurement results and efficiency;

• Deep diving of costs, financial results of the respective categories;

• Active participation in budget process (budgeting and forecast);

• Identify and realize potential procurement savings;

• Enhancing positive cash flow;

• Lead sustainability initiatives and enable new innovations linked to the respective scope;

• Analysis of financial indicators and assessment of the economic feasibility of deals;
• Negotiating with suppliers to improve commercial terms;
• Control of financial risks and contract effectiveness.

Main requirements:

• University degree (master) or equivalent by experience;
• English – upper intermediate;
• Procurement experience is beneficial;
• Good negotiation skills;
• Strategic and conceptual thinking, cross functional thinking, factual decision making, strong organizational skills;
• Strong influencing skills, strong verbal and written communication, team player, results-oriented, self-starter who likes to take initiative;
• Ability to work under tight timelines and display strong ownership;
• High standards of business ethics and integrity;
• Knowledge of PC Office tools, excellent in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems;
• Prepared for Business travel.
