YOUR MISSION:

• Providing outstanding support to customers by promptly addressing their inquiries and effectively resolving issues.
• Tracking and managing daily shipments to customers, ensuring they receive all necessary shipping information, such as specifications, invoices, and other relevant documents.
• Operating within SAP to handle tasks such as creating, modifying, and closing orders and deliveries, verifying agreed prices and discounts, and monitoring open orders and delivery fulfillment.
• Managing product returns from partners and processing them in SAP.
• Preparing and providing analytical data for reports.
• Collaborating with other departments to meet customer needs effectively.
• Ensuring smooth daily customer service operations.
• Supporting the Customer Service team in daily operational processes.
  
  

YOUR TALENT:

• Experience in the field of trade and related positions is welcomed.
• Higher education in economics, marketing, category management, etc.
• English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (part of the interview will be conducted in English).
• Confident user of MS Office (Excel), knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking, systematic approach to work, high communication skills, task-oriented, responsible, attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, willingness to learn, ability to work in a team.
