Responsibilities :

• Following up with vendors to validate price lists and ensure timely updates on current pricing.
• Ongoing update the company’s internal database to reflect adjusted rates, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Verifying the final invoices received post-flight against the internal database to ensure the data matches.
• Provide accurate trip cost estimates in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Aviation background will be considered as an advantage.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar fields concerning commercial, logistic, database pricing coordination.
• Team player, well-organized with strong attention to details, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible, with the ability to work during evening hours.
