Head of Marketing

Requirements :

•     Higher Education. Additional courses in marketing disciplines will be an advantage.
•     Experience in marketing from 3 years in technical fields (industry, machines and mechanisms) .
•     Knowledge of English at the intermediate  level .
•     Computer skills: Ability to work with AdWords, Google Analytics,  Excel, PowerPoint.
•     Experience of content creation, Internet promotion, work with e-mail services will be advantages.
•     General competencies of candidate :  - motivation ;- ability to work in a team; - leadership; - analytical thinking.
  

Responsibilities:  

• Development of brand communication strategy and equipment promotion, management and provision of corporate requirements for brand reproduction and communication.
•     Ensuring the implementation of the concept of corporate marketing, for example, the definition of campaigns, the implementation of the deployment of international / campaigns, exhibitions, in cooperation with the marketing of the concern.
•     Market analysis and business planning with reference to the standards of the concern. Knowledge of competitors.
•     Creation and implementation of marketing planning and monitoring of KPIs.
•     Responsibility for effective financial management, budget planning process and its control, proper financial reporting in accordance with certain standards of the concern and Ukrainian legislation.
•     Analysis of customer relations.
•     Development of activities, such as loyalty programs, special events for customers, etc.
•     Responsibility for local PR activities and internal communication with reference to the PR strategy of the concern.
•     Administration of local website, local social media campaigns. Translation / proofreading of documentation.
•     Knowledge of the company's equipment and services, as well as the Ukrainian market (trends) and target groups.
•     Creation and distribution of marketing materials
•     Administration of interactions with external suppliers.
