Chief Specialist of the Reporting Department

Main Responsibilities

• Preparation of VAT and resource tax declarations (real estate, land, subsoil, others)
• VAT administration, control of mutual settlements with the budget regarding VAT
• Administration of resource taxes, control of mutual settlements with the budget regarding resource taxes
• Organization and implementation of control over the timeliness and completeness of the issuance and registration of tax invoices
• Organization and implementation of control over the timeliness and completeness of the provision and updating of information necessary for declaring resource taxes
• Formation of management reports regarding VAT and resource taxes
• Management of unrealized VAT tax credit
• Participation in the process of preparing and providing information as part of tax inspections, requests from regulatory authorities, and tax audits
• Participation in the preparation and provision of information at the request of the customer's services, at the request of external users and contractors within the serviced enterprise-customer
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Higher education
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, 1+ years of experience in VAT,
• 1+ years of experience in resource taxes (preferred)
• Knowledge of tax legislation, the procedure for administering and declaring VAT, the procedure for administering and declaring resource taxes, the procedure for issuing and registering tax invoices
• Knowledge of NP(S)BU/IFRS, the procedure for reflecting in accounting accounts transactions related to the movement of assets, capital, liabilities, the procedure for reflecting the income and expenses of the enterprise (preferred)
• Proficient user of Medoc, Liga Zakon, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, MS Office: Excel (working with large data sets)
• Analytical and organizational skills
