Counterparty Specialist

We are inviting a specialist in working with counterparties to our team

You Are Our Candidate If You Have

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year
• Work experience in 1C
• Experience in SAP
• Experience in forming primary documents for settlements with counterparties
• Confident PC user (including Microsoft suite: Excel, Outlook, etc.),
  
  

Together With You, We Will Solve The Following Tasks

• Monitoring the implementation of contract terms (including lease agreements) in interaction with counterparties: timely payment, control of receipts and deliveries, extension of contractual documentation, control of changes in tariffs and prices, etc.;
• Administration of the contract approval system;
• Maintaining primary documentation, taking into account payments within the scope of service charges (exchange of documentation with counterparties) in accordance with internal regulatory documents, tax and accounting legislation;
• Monthly accrual of payment to counterparties for the service provided, formation of primary documentation (invoices, acts), exchange of documentation with counterparties;
• Maintaining a register of payments;
• Work in the SAP system: entering payments, verifying actual costs, generating acts and invoices, entering counterparties, invoices and contracts;
• Control over the execution of primary documentation (suppliers/buyers) and control over the availability of originals;
• Control of electricity tariffs and analysis of sales by counterparty;
• Maintaining a register of primary documentation submitted for accounting, responding to requests from accounting, financiers, and the SB;
• Communication with counterparties and resolving issues regarding the fulfillment of payment obligations, provision of primary documents.
