Currently we are looking for a Lead Artist to maintain high-quality standards across custom games for our growing client list.

Here’s How You’ll Make An Impact

• Collaborate and support the Associate Art Director in executing art tasks
• Ensure artwork aligns with client branding and specifications
• Guide junior artists and inspire the creative team
• Create assets for bespoke and branded games, including UI, backgrounds, banners, symbols, icons, and logos
• Provide feedback on static art and finalise assets for animation
• Optimise workflows by exploring new tools and techniques
  
  

Management & Leadership

• Set and manage art schedules, assign Jira/Monday tasks, and coordinate with stakeholders
• Organise meetings, structure asset handovers, and collaborate with designers, animators, and developers
• Communicate the product vision, remove obstacles, and maintain team focus
• Motivate and mentor the team, ensuring transparency and engagement
• Conduct 1-on-1 meetings, daily stand-ups, and performance reviews
• Foster a positive, creative, and collaborative team environment
  
  

What Makes You A Strong Candidate

• 2+ years leading art teams, 5+ years creating game art
• Strong skills in illustration, colour, composition, anatomy, and branding
• Proficiency in Adobe CC programs, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with production management tools such as Jira and Monday
• Understanding of branding, with experience in typography and designing logos
• Strong portfolio of 2D game assets in semi-realistic and cartoon styles
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Business-oriented, adaptable, and able to multitask
