Are you passionate about Project Management and ready to take a challenge of independent project support? Integrated Business Service Lviv is looking for Service Development Specialist, leading Master Data Acceleration program, where you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our Global Service development roadmap.

In this position, you will be responsible for defining, communicating, monitoring, and controlling service development from ideation to sustain. If you are passionate about data operations and possess strong project management skills, we invite you to bring your expertise to our dynamic team.

You are:

• Graduate with a university degree in business, technical, mathematical, or a related field.
• Knowledgeable about Projects and Portfolio Management Tools.
• Skilled in managing complex business transformations.
• Familiar with defining MVPs and ensuring rapid delivery.
• Acquainted with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills (Upper-Intermediate level).
• Flexible and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem solver with innovative thinking skills.
  
  

With you we will

• Develop and implement a master data strategy that ensures data quality, consistency, and governance across the organization.
• Plan, align, and track the delivery of MDM inflow across NBS Centers.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Ensure best project management practices, including:
• Timely planning and documentation.
• Accurate project data tracking (financials, action logs, etc.).
• Regular project meetings and follow-ups.
• Identification and escalation of project risks/issues.
• Conduct readiness assessments and governance meetings.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
