Job Responsibilities

• Analysis of appeals from consumers (non-household and household, having electrical installations above 1000V on their balance sheet) and other participants in the retail electricity market on issues of concluding, amending, terminating contracts with them:
• consumer contracts for the provision of electricity distribution services;
• contracts for the provision of services for compensation of reactive electrical energy flows;
• contracts and/or additional agreements on the purchase of electricity distribution services and services for ensuring the flow of reactive electricity for public funds;
• agreements on the joint use of technological electrical networks;
• contracts for the provision of services for the distribution (transmission) of electrical energy for the period of testing electrical equipment;
• producer contracts for the provision of electricity distribution services;
• electricity supplier agreements on the provision of electricity distribution services;
• agreements on the provision of electricity distribution services between the DSO and the adjacent DSO.
  
  

• Timely processing of documents provided by consumers for concluding, renegotiating contracts in the event of a change of owner, making changes and/or amendments to contracts, and providing responses to consumer requests and applications.
• Processing consumer requests and sending them appropriate notifications of satisfaction or refusal.
• Entering data into the billing system about the status of contractual relations with consumers and data necessary for making commercial settlements with them.
• Implementation of other measures and procedures for contractual work provided for by current legislation and local regulations.
  
  

Required Knowledge And Skills

• Proficiency in a PC at the level of a confident user;
• Experience working with contractual documentation and billing software;
• Knowledge of the procedure for concluding business contracts, drawing up contractual and primary documentation;
• Ability to analyze electrical power circuits.
  
  

Required Level Of Education/additional Training

Completed higher education in the field of electrical engineering

(Master, Specialist)

Work Experience Preferred

Work experience in the energy industry from 1 year.
