AB InBev Efes Ukraine, World’s largest brewing company, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing the Talent and Development Manager

Main accountabilities:

Talent & Development

• Adaptation and support of the company's employees in the implementation of the annual People cycle processes (LCM, IDP, OPR) in close cooperation with the centers of expertise and PBPs;
• Development and implementation of intangible achievement recognition programs within the budget (including procurement and control of issuance and accounting of certificates and inventory for employee rewards);
• Organize the Engagement Survey process (twice per year: Pulse, Annual);
• Coordination of talent development programs in the company;
• Learning & Development
• Coordinating the work of the L&D team and agreeing on the training strategy for the company's functions for the year;
• Conducting Leading training for employees;
• Together with the team, developing materials and training formats at the request of colleagues;
• Control over the L&D budget (monthly, annual, including Training Trevel budget planning).
• Internal Communications
• Monitoring the implementation of the internal communications strategy for the year;
• Support the organization of business briefings as needed.

 Requirements:

• University degree;
• English – upper intermediate;
• 2-3 years relevant experience;
• Strategic and conceptual thinking, cross functional thinking, factual decision making, strong organizational skills;
• Motivational Leader and Team-Player 
• Solid stakeholder and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively influence 
• Good negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of PC Office tools, excellent in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Prepared for Business travel.
