Their contributors play a crucial role in providing verified, real-time content that informs and engages audiences. Whether it's capturing breaking news, showcasing cultural events, documenting scenes in nature, or everyday life in interesting places, your videos will contribute to a global movement for transparent and impactful storytelling.

What You’ll Do

 Record and submit videos that highlight real moments, local events, natural phenomena and important stories happening in Ukraine.
 Think globally—your videos should be interesting to an international audience, not just local viewers.
 Upload videos via the Reel Report app, ensuring clear framing and engaging storytelling.
 Get paid based on video quality and engagement (more details below).

What You Can Earn

 Guaranteed Base Pay: 200$ per month. 
 Performance-Based Earnings: Earn up to $1,000 monthly based on video ratings. 
200$ is your base salary and the rest you earn as a bonus. 
 Video Rating System (payout per video):

•  5 Stars (eg. Live-action of a major global event) > $50

•  4 Stars (eg. Post-event but still informative for a broad audience) > $40

•  3 Stars (eg. Live-action of event or scene with moderate appeal) > $30

•  2 Stars (e.g Local event or scene with limited audience) > $20

•  1 Star (Useful but niche content) > $10

 Payouts: Choose between daily or batch payments.

What We’re Looking For

 Content creators who love what they do and want to monetize their work
 Everyday explorers capturing Ukraine’s reality for a global audience
 Individuals with a smartphone (high-quality camera required)
 Fluent English speakers (for clear communication & instructions)
 People comfortable working independently

 Bonus: We’re particularly interested in small or emerging content creators looking to grow and earn from their videos. If you’re already making content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube but not earning much, this could be a great opportunity.

? Record engaging videos (at least 30 seconds in length).
? Frame your shots correctly—your video should provide insight into a place or event.
? Narration is optional—you can speak in the video or let the footage tell the story.
? Submit videos for review and payment—you get paid based on quality and marketability.
? Be an active user on the Reel Report platform—explore features, contribute content, and engage with the community.
