In This Role You Will Be Involved In

• Providing personal consultations to clients within the framework of the Company's activities.
• Registration and processing of customer requests.
• Concluding and renegotiating contracts for the distribution of electricity with household customers.
• Formation and delivery of invoices for paid services.
• Engaging clients in using additional services for clients, providing advice on using these services.
  
  

Skills We Are Looking For In a Candidate

• 1 year of customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Secondary specialized / higher education.
• Confident PC user (office suite Excel, Word), Outlook, SAP ERP system (preferred).
• High level of proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
• Ability and willingness to work in a team according to established standards.
• Excellent communication and argumentation skills and a high level of customer focus.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and multitask.
