Description:

The Generative AI Platform project leverages cutting-edge AI and ML technologies to develop and deploy cloud-agnostic Gen AI applications on demand and enable users to create custom solutions for Sales, Marketing, Software Engineering, and Customer Service use cases. Fully managed RAG workflow including ingestion, retrieval, and augmentation of data, securely connected to many types of information consolidated and aggregated from multiple sources. The Platform’s ultimate goal is to deliver the user-friendly LLM as a Service Model (LLMaaS) trained on internal company resources, which contributes to the adoption of AI among multiple consumers across the business.

Requirements:


  • Experience in recognizing and delivering to critical business requirements, through collaborative transformations.
  • Experience in building and leading IT programs, acting as primary facilitator across multiple business functions.
  • Experience in integrating and aligning commercial drivers and requirements across IT and business functions.
  • Proven expertise in business development, service governance, and commercial acumen.
  • Leading expertise in staff coaching and mentoring methods.
  • Proficiency in all types of project methodologies (including waterfall and agile).
  • Proven and recognized success through consultative engagements at the board level (or equivalent).
  • Strong collaborative behavior
  • Experience in facilitating design and review workshops at a senior level.
  • Significant experience in the delivery of business-critical solutions.
  • Recognized leadership in the application of program delivery best practices.
  • Experience in definition, implementation and delivery against a program governance structure, reporting progress to the IT and project boards at executive levels in a client organization.
  • Experience in leading multiple and varied 3rd party suppliers in the delivery of objectives, ensuring clear statement of works and measurement of achievement.
  • Recognized leadership in IT and business management across a variety of challenging environments. Proven value delivery from business case development to service implementation and transformation.
  • Driving thought leadership in strategic IT/business transformations.
  • Comfortable around business critical and business continuity environments.


Job Responsibilities:

As a Program Manager, you’ll lead critical complex programs of work including managing multiple teams, the deliverables, and engaging with senior stakeholders. You’ll be maintaining oversight and creation of ROI and total cost of ownership models that underpin business cases and other as well as proposing new programs and improvement initiatives.

As a Program Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:


  • Lead complex and critical programs, managing deliverables and risks throughout.
  • Lead business solution delivery across multiple teams covering a range of IT and business themes.
  • Propose and review programs and initiatives for quick wins and longer-term business improvement.
  • Compile total cost of ownership and return on investment models for leading business cases.
  • Ensure persistent business value recognition via clear and constant senior stakeholder collaboration.
  • Presents relevant business benefits through innovation and optimized portfolio management.
  • Define and manage delivery of comprehensive documentation, including business case and service levels.
  • Act as a mentor to project and business managers across multiple disciplines.
  • Regularly consult with board-level management (or equivalent) around business improvement.
