Associate / Senior Associate (Corporate M&A Practice)

 We are looking for a talented and motivated Associate / Senior Associate to join Corporate M&A Practice team in Kyiv. 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on M&A transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory matters;
• Draft and review a variety of legal documents in Ukrainian, English, and German;
• Conduct due diligence processes and prepare detailed due diligence reports;
• Negotiate terms and draft agreements in collaboration with clients and legal teams.

 Qualifications:

• Law degree from a reputable Ukrainian university; LL.M. from a foreign institution is a plus;
• At least 3 (5 for senior) years of experience as an associate at an international or leading Ukrainian law firm in Corporate and M&A practice;
• Fluency in Ukrainian, English, and German;
• Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing skills;
• Strong client orientation and communication skills.

 Skills & Competencies:

• Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently or as part of a team;
• Results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;
• Proficient in MS Office and legal databases (Liga, etc.).
