The app helps users quickly find someone to connect with, from flirting to building meaningful relationships. We take our mission seriously: we do our best to understand users’ needs and shorten their path from registration to finding an ideal partner. Thanks to our efforts, we are always on the list of the top 10 dating apps in the USA. 35M registered users, 50M matches annually, 1.5B likes sent, 900K monthly active users, 4.6/5 Apple Store and 4.4/5 Google Play user ratings.

You’ll play a key role in orchestrating and executing communication projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Expect To Work On

• Brand Campaigns: Manage the production of various creative materials.
• PR & Communications Projects: Supporting and managing unique PR activations, brand campaigns, smaller content projects, and internal collaborations (e.g., with the Product Team or Creative Production Team).
• Multi-Project Coordination: Juggling multiple initiatives at once, keeping stakeholders aligned and deliverables moving.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Sourcing and working closely with US-based contractors.
• Process Optimization: Establishing workflows in cross-functional collaborations that make project execution seamless and efficient.
  
  

From You

• A highly organized manager — You know how to keep multiple projects running like a well-oiled machine.
• Experienced in the ad industry or creative agencies — You understand how production, PR and comms projects come to life.
• Fluent in English, US market experience is a big plus — You’re comfortable working with US-based contractors, vendors, and talent.
• Not afraid of unique challenges — You love creative problem-solving as much as we do.
• A strong communicator — You keep teams aligned, ensure clear expectations, and know when to push for results.
