Together With You, We Will Solve The Following Tasks
- Organization and maintenance of regular product types of reporting: daily, monthly, quarterly, annual reports on key indicators;
- Implementation of new and optimization of existing types of product reporting;
- Formation of forecasts and business analytics of products across different segments;
- Regular analysis of the database to study customer behavioral factors, work with large arrays and databases;
- Evaluation of product effectiveness, drawing conclusions based on sales data, customer loyalty and retention, churn and life cycle, analytical support of their life activities;
- Participation in the preparation of budget articles;
- Working with the CRM system and ensuring its support;
- Participation in the formation of marketing activities, forecasting and analysis of their results;
- Preparation of presentation materials to demonstrate plans and results:
- Cross-functional interaction.
- Higher education;
- 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level;
- Experience working with databases and large data sets;
- Knowledge of methods of collecting, systematizing, processing and analyzing information, and the basics of mathematical statistics;
- Advanced user of PowerBI, MS Access, MS Excel, SQL, PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of the basics of strategic marketing: market attractiveness analysis, needs analysis through segmentation, competitiveness analysis, targeting and positioning;
- Analytical skills (working with information), ability to assess risks and predict results;
- Knowledge and understanding of product metrics, sales and service across different customer segments;
- Ability to present information in various visual ways.
