The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Support in all functional areas:
- Designing the company's organisational structure, headcount, policies and procedures for human resource management.
- Recruitment and selection of personnel (60% of employment): job posting on sites, interviews, communications with candidates, creating and issuing offers to final candidates, support managers in recruiting activities
- Support updates to employee communications and policy materials
- Developing and publishing vacancies in conjunction with the line managers.
- Conducting interviews and assessing potential candidates.
- Organisation of support for new employees - adaptation.
- Development and motivation (personal card and development)
- Resolving conflict situations and maintaining communication in the team
- Ensuring compliance with company rules and policies
- Implementation and monitoring of corporate standards
- Integration of employees and issues of internal rules and policies of the Company.
- Organisation of corporate events and initiatives
- Human resources (50 employees)
- Personnel document management (personal files, orders, staffing table)
- Advising employees on labour laws and internal regulations
Responsibilities:
- Form a powerful team of the HR department
Implementation of hr analytics
- Management of the recruitment process, ensuring control over the process of search, selection and selection of personnel, implementation of new and creative ideas in the recruitment process
- Development and implementation of business processes in the field of HR management
- Participation in the implementation of the main statistics of the departments, building a Dashboard and analytics on it
- Organisation of effective adaptation of personnel in the company
- Personnel assessment: eNPs, Q12, 1:1 meetings, work with indicators
- Participation in headcount planning, creation and work with the personnel reserve
- Development and implementation of a staff retention strategy
- Implementation of team building activities
- Development and implementation of the company's HR strategy
- Participation in building and developing the company's HR brand
- Formation of corporate culture
- Development and implementation of non-material motivation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience as an HRD or HRBP in a company with 75+ employee
- Experienced user of 1C Bass, Excel, HR platforms, Google Docs
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Experience in use of HR information and/or Enterprise systems is desirable
- Strong organisation, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
