Join our Central & Eastern Europe Sourcing Team which is accountable for Strategy, Contracting, Supplier Relationship Management of our Logistics Vendor pool.

How You Will Contribute

• Provide essential local connectivity to Logistics Operations and Manufacturing teams in these countries and act as first Procurement point of contact to suppliers operating within Central & Eastern Europe
• Support and execute our Warehouse and Transportation strategies in CEE
• Drive Performance Management and Continuous Improvement in close collaboration with our Logistics Operations Teams, plants and the wider Supply Chain and Business functions (Commercial, Legal, Finance, Quality etc.)
• Play an active role in gathering relevant insights of the market, peers and vendors for our countries, with some focus for CEE region. This local scope will involve driving some sourcing initiatives
• Contribute and support delivering our sustainability agenda in CEE Logistics Procurement
  
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Understanding of and experience in Procurement and/or Logistics
• Experience in business negotiations and/or running sourcing events
• Communication and interpersonal skills that help you be proactive and manage stakeholders
• Customer service orientation and strong Continuous Improvement mindset
• Team Player attitude, prone to elaborate with others
• Problem solving to ensure timely resolution of challenges
• Motivation for the Logistics and wider Supply Chain area, willingness, and ability to learn
