Resource Planning Manager

We are looking for a Resource Planning Manager who will join the formation of the resource management function in the IT company using modern technologies and approaches, will track productivity and workload, and plan the number of employees.

Position Functions

• budgeting and forecasting of resources (annual, quarterly, monthly) in the necessary sections of analytics;
• analyze resource planning data and actual working time usage using Power Query;
• setting up reporting and monitoring indicators that reflect the efficiency of resource use;
• improving existing processes based on efficiency analysis and identifying opportunities for optimization;
• updating role and driver models, benchmarking;
• bench management;
• improving the time tracking system in the company, taking into account data from the analysis of working time accounting when calculating resources, developing and configuring appropriate reporting;
• organizing and conducting management meetings to make decisions on resource management issues;
• high-level communication with senior and middle management;
• preparation of presentations, summary of meetings and monitoring of the implementation of agreements.
  
  

Required Professional Experience And Requirements

• Excel, Power Query;
• Understanding of resource management (e.g. working hours, roles in the IT market);
• Experience with APQC, Gartner, Computer Economics reviews.
