Middle Accountant

Fineline Global is looking for a skilled and motivated accountant to join our team in Ukraine. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations, working closely with internal teams and external vendors in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Manage bank transactions, including posting entries in the accounting system and reconciling bank statements.
• Handle vendor transactions, ensuring accuracy in source documents, posting to the accounting system, and reconciling accounts. Communicate with vendors on financial matters.
• Monitor and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Issue and manage sales invoices to customers.
• Track and control receivables to ensure timely collection from customers.

Requirements:

• Current residence in Ukraine.
• Must be comfortable working in an international environment.
• A university degree in accounting is required.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience is essential; international experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• High sense of responsibility with a focus on results.
• Eagerness and ability to learn.
