Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Scrum team in following Agile principles and Scrum framework best practices.
• Assist in organizing and conducting Scrum ceremonies.
• Work closely with a mentor to continuously improve product development processes.
• Help the development team remove obstacles.
• Resolve conflicts in the workplace.
• Take full responsibility for project success, deadlines, and progress.
• Foster and maintain effective communication between all team members.
• Assist the team in planning workloads to meet deadlines.
• Continuously improve theoretical and practical knowledge to take on more responsibilities.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 0.5+ years of experience as a PM or BA.
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Basic knowledge of Scrum framework.
• Strong self-organization, learning, and skill improvement abilities.
• Certified PM/SM or BA course completion.
• Knowledge of Agile principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
