We would be happy to see you in the team if you have:

• Higher education in economics, marketing or technical fields;
• Experience in project management, project coordination, and project team personnel management;
• Negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation;
• Software knowledge (Microsoft Office, Paint)
• High level of English proficiency;
• Experience with solar energy, electrical engineering;
  
  

Candidates with communication and leadership skills, experience in conflict management, problem solving in financial analysis, marketing and sales, and logistics are preferred.

Your Main Tasks Will Be

• Development of a project plan;
• Organization of procurement and logistics;
• Team formation;
• Ensuring that the team personnel comply with occupational health and safety regulations;
• Formation and coordination of business requirements for the product;
• Control of work performance;
• Risk management;
• Interaction with customers;
• Monitoring and analysis of performance indicators;
• Market analysis;
• Development of a marketing strategy;
• Search for new partners;
• Business expansion across regions.
