THE JOURNEY

• Support implementation of local marketing activities collaborating with HQ cross-functional teams (Brand and Comms, Performance, Design, CRM, Loyalty and Promo).
• Drive local promo activities & ad-hoc events calendar (promo/event creation and execution auditing) cooperating with local Commercial (Partner Accounts and Brand-Ads), Q-commerce and Operation teams.
• Keep updated marketing activity grid and track on-going marketing budget spend.
• Support cooperation with external partners (media, supplying agencies, etc.) and needed document flow behind cooperation.
• Monitor competitive landscape and collect relevant insights to help local growth & marketing team to craft the country marketing strategy.
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Ride

• Bachelor's degree in Economic, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, business analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently or cross-functional and take initiative.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
• Expertise with Excel / Google Sheets and SQL (basic).
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker or PowerBI is a plus.
