Project Manager (Interrio, Genesis)

We are launching a new division focused on developing AI-powered products, with Interior being the first startup in this line. Interrio - is an AI-powered platform for personalized interior design that enables users to create customized designs based on their preferences and easily order renovations.

We are currently assembling a new team and actively seeking a highly skilled .NET Engineer to develop a web platform from scratch. In this role, you will participate in the full SDLC from preliminary system analysis to testing and deployment.

About You

• 3+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in a product company;
• Proven ability to manage marketing, product, and engineering teams;
• Basic understanding of software development processes (frontend, backend, infrastructure);
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and setting up Agile workflows;
• Knowledge of business analysis and process description (use cases, user stories);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Intermediate+ English.
  
  

What You Will Do

• Set up and optimize Agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban), including backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives;
• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.);
• Organize and maintain project boards (Jira, Confluence) to track progress and ensure transparency;
• Work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and efficient collaboration;
• Prioritize tasks and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Conduct basic business analysis to support project planning and execution.
