Infopulse, part of Tietoevry Create, is inviting a System Analyst to join our team for one of the largest Telco operators in Ukraine, recognized for its innovative services and market leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements for software products, ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders, and preparing technical specifications. You will also play a key role in maintaining documentation, troubleshooting performance issues, and contributing to the overall product vision.

Areas of Responsibility

• Identification, collection, analysis, formalization, and agreement of requirements for software products
• Communication with the client and interested departments, agreement on requirements and specifications
• Gathering necessary data from third-party systems for integration (specifications, test data, working requests)
• Preparation of technical tasks and specifications
• Maintaining the software product description in an up-to-date state, continuously updating documentation
• Analyzing and correcting performance and capacity issues of the software product
• Participation in testing the tasks implemented by the software product supplier
• Searching for opportunities for technology reuse
• Assisting in defining the product vision, participating in managing the product backlog
• Compiling analytical reports

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a systems analyst/technical project manager
• Ability to create requirements for API development, understanding of specifications (Swagger)
• Strong knowledge of the TCP/IP stack, HTTP protocol, principles of REST API
• Deep understanding of software development principles, SDLC, digital product creation
• Experience using tools for task tracking and requirements documentation (Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (JS, Python, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring systems based on Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus
• Intermediate+ level of English
