Description:

Customer provides bionformatics solutions for infection disease diagnostics, pharmaceutical discovery and microbiome analysis. The team is working on design and implementation of distributed cloud based SaaS bionformatic solution intended for research and clinical diagnostics usage. The solution utilizes AWS Cloud Platform capabilities to perform highly computational and memory intentensive DNA analysis operations in a short period of time. The product integrates with all leading DNA sequencing manufacturers platforms and allows clinical and bioinformatic researchers to integrate the product into their platform.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in automated and manual testing
• Experienced in microservices and protocol testing working with HTTP/JSON/Rest APIs
• Experienced in SQL
• Experienced in automated test design with Python (or other scripted language)
• Excellent english
• Quick learner and unafraid of unfamiliar subject field
• High degree of autonomy — full task ownership and regard for cooperation with the rest of the team
  
  
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Write and execute test cases to validate system requirements
• Perform all aspects of test verification on the application: integration, functional, regression testing
• Work on test automation
• Close cooperation with development team in feature verification and issues troubleshooting
