We seek a strategic Head of Creative Marketing to lead, optimize, and scale our creative marketing function. This role drives business growth by developing high-impact creatives, improving processes, and aligning strategies with key marketing objectives. You will be working under the leadership of one of the top CMOs in Ukraine, Max Lukominskyi. Here, you can get to know the team of creative marketing specialists better and learn about the tools they use in their work.

Your Impact

• Lead and develop a team of 20+ creative professionals;
• Define and execute a scalable creative strategy that enhances marketing efficiency;
• Optimize workflows, implement automation, and drive data-driven creative testing;
• Align creative efforts with performance marketing and paid acquisition growth;
• Use insights and analytics to iterate and improve creative impact.
  
  

About You

• Proven leadership experience in creative marketing within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people management skills with a focus on team development.
• In-depth understanding of the full influencer marketing cycle, including strategic planning, identifying key metrics and indicators, campaign execution, and performance evaluation across various platforms.
• Proven experience working with the western market.
