Hive Design School UA Trainee

EPAM Campus offers a free Design Program for Juniors to help you gain market-oriented hard and soft skills alongside IT professionals. In this intensive course, participants can expect a practical approach, tools, and methods for project interaction in various conditions, allowing future specialists to be effective and adaptable in any situation or constraints of the new reality.

This program will last ~3,5 months and require ~30 hours of weekly engagement. Completing it won't guarantee a job, but it will lay a solid foundation to enter the profession confidently, either at our company or in the broader IT market.

Requirements

• English level of B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and higher
• Basic knowledge of tools:
• Figma
• Adobe Software, Miro are preferred
• Any tool for prototyping
• It is desirable to know:
• Composition basics
• Typography basics
• Grids basics
• Navigation patterns basics
• Color theory basics
• What you need to have to participate in the program:
• Portfolio with 3-4 interface cases
• CV
