Middle Java developer

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team on a part-time basis, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role based on performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend functionalities, including API integrations with third-party services such as Collov.ai.

Hard Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Java development;
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and Spring Security;
• Experience with OAuth2 authentication and API integrations;
• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud deployment;
• Proficiency in working with Redis and MySQL databases;
• Familiarity with IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse as development environments;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
• Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and Spring Security;
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms with OAuth2;
• Integrate and manage Redis + MySQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval;
• Develop API connections, particularly with https://app.collov.ai/, to fetch and process data;
• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS infrastructure;
• Collaborate with the development team to enhance platform functionalities;
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation.
