Middle Strong Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Middle Strong Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Middle Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT projects from start to finish, ensuring their successful delivery while maintaining quality, scope, schedule, and client satisfaction. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and solid experience with project management methodologies.

This is an in-house position, not for a specific project. We specialise in different spheres so you may work on any project from these domains: Healthcare, Education, Financial Services, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transportation, E-commerce, Consumer Goods and Services, Hospitality and Recreation, Legal Matters, Real Estate, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, estimation, scope management, scheduling, cost management, and stakeholder communication.
• Risk and Change Management: Proactively identify risks, manage change requests, and adjust project priorities to maintain project momentum and minimize delays.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring clear communication regarding progress, changes, and expectations. Facilitate project demos, progress reports, and retrospectives.
• Project Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, track project performance, and provide regular updates on progress, issues, and milestones.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: Motivate and guide cross-functional teams to align their efforts with project objectives and deliverables.

• Engagement Management and Pre-Sales Activities: Support pre-sales efforts by crafting proposals, engaging with clients, and presenting solutions.
• Requirements Management and Roadmap Planning: Work with stakeholders to analyze and prioritize requirements, create clear roadmaps, and develop work breakdown structures (WBS).
  
  

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Solid understanding of development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Basic Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of REST APIs, CI/CD processes, and general engineering best practices to facilitate collaboration with the technical team.
• Proficient with workload, resource planning, and management tools.
• Strong decision-making abilities, particularly in risk management and high-pressure situations.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Customer-focused and performance-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.
