We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and securing our networks, servers, and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve network and system issues efficiently.

Perform regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.

Plan and implement disaster recovery strategies.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related outages.

Maintain strong security measures in line with industry standards.

Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades.

Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including file systems.

Configure and manage user accounts, access controls, and workstations.

Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware.

Oversee network servers and technology tools to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.

Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, and patch management.

Strong understanding of system security, backup strategies, and data recovery.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.

Proficiency with DNS, DHCP, Active Directory (AD), VLAN configurations.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus.

Knowledge of IPSec, FortiGate, VMware, RAID, SAPM, SSL VPN is an advantage.
